Join ANFT-certified guide Debby Singleton on a forest-bathing walk in the Smokies. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, which translates to “bathing in the forest,” this immersion is an opportunity to experience the restorative benefits of the forest around us. We will balance leisurely strolling, observation, reflection, and solo time. Research has shown that forest bathing decreases stress, increases your immune system, enhances creativity, and allows your brain to refuel.
The guided walk will conclude with a tea ceremony and snacks, provided by Debby. Upon registration, please email andre@smokieslife.org with any dietary needs.
