Vestiges of the past are visible and accessible all over the Smokies—from buildings to cemeteries, rock walls and roadbeds. Explore and delve into the history of two such places near Newfound Gap—a hiker's tunnel and Old Newfound Gap Road—with retired ranger and author Butch McDade.

Guest Fee: $55
As a member, you are encouraged to bring along a guest. This fee includes admission to this event and an Individual Buckeye membership for your guest.
 
Non-Member Fee: Not available. Branch Out events are offered exclusively to GSMA members. Please purchase a membership prior to joining this event.
